You mean the sound charts? What browser/OS combination are you using. If you are using Internet Explorer, you won't hear anything. Download Firefox or Chrome.
Andrew -Unfortunately, Slamovir doesn't quite have the linguistics background to tackle such a project. \”All language is phonetic\” is a terrible oversimplification, because the structure of the language that is psychologically valid is NOT what we say or what we hear. It is something quite different. The best orthographies reflect this deep structure. A phonetic transcription does not a useful orthography make.
